Carousel Capital Acquires Nestor Sales
Leading Distributor of Maintenance, Repair, Operations and Production Supplies
August 3, 2005 - Charlotte, North Carolina
and Largo, Florida -- Carousel Capital announced
today an investment in Nestor Sales LLC, a leading distributor
of maintenance, repair, operations and production (“MROP”)
supplies and tools and equipment to manufacturers using
composite materials and suppliers of automotive aftermarket
products. Headquartered in Largo, Florida, Nestor has
a customer base that includes some of the largest marine
manufacturers, pool and spa manufacturers, automotive
fleet service providers and automotive aftermarket suppliers.
Carousel Capital is partnering with the company’s
existing management team, including CEO Michael Huling.
Mr. Huling will remain in his position at the company
and the management team will retain a significant ownership
stake in the business.

Carousel Capital funded the transaction with equity
from its second investment fund, Carousel Capital Partners
II. Harris Trust and Savings Bank provided the financing
for the transaction.
