July 08, 2019 —

Carousel Capital announced today that Daniel J. Eassa has joined as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Eassa follows Robert L. Kreidler, Jr., who retired July 31, 2019 after completing six successful years with the firm.

In Mr. Eassa’s role, he is responsible for all operational, financial, accounting and compliance matters of Carousel-sponsored funds as well as the overall financial management and administration of the firm.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to join the Carousel team and its leadership at what is an exciting time for such a uniquely positioned and dynamic firm,” said Mr. Eassa. “I am hopeful that I can serve Carousel’s investors and business partners with the same level of care and professionalism that Bob has displayed during his tenure.”

Mr. Eassa joins the firm from EJF Capital in Arlington, Virginia where he served as Director of the firm’s Private Equity funds. Prior to joining EJF, Mr. Eassa was an Associate Vice President at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC covering operational matters of several of Carlyle’s Real Estate and Natural Resources funds.
