Ethos Risk Services, a leading provider in medical management and claims investigation services, proudly announces the acquisition of ForzaCare, a purpose-driven clinical case management provider known for its personalized approach to complex claims and return-to-work outcomes. The acquisition expands Ethos’ integrated service model, adding additional field-based and telephonic case management capabilities that accelerate recovery, support injured workers, and drive measurable results for carriers, TPAs, and employers.

With this acquisition, Ethos expands on its ability to offer clients a seamless path from the initial claim through medical review, clinical oversight, and case resolution, all supported by compliance-driven operations and a shared commitment to compassionate care.

“ForzaCare is a natural fit for our organization,” said Micah Smith, CEO of Ethos. “Their commitment to clinical precision, operational efficiency, and customer service aligns with how we show up for our partners. Together, we are building a more connected and effective claims experience.”

ForzaCare brings a team of experienced nurses and clinical professionals trained in jurisdictional requirements across workers’ compensation and disability. Their case management programs are built to improve engagement, reduce lost time, and control medical costs while keeping the injured worker at the center of every decision.

“Our teams share a similar mission, supporting claims teams with the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to make sound medical decisions,” said Marijo Storment, CEO of ForzaCare. “This combination allows us to offer even more value, backed by scale and shared innovation.”

Ethos maintains national licensure and leading compliance standards across its operations, including HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO-aligned infrastructure. The addition of ForzaCare strengthens Ethos’ position as a full-spectrum partner, offering medical management, investigations, utilization review, peer review, bill review, IMEs, and now, additional enhanced case management services.

This marks Ethos’ eleventh acquisition since 2019, furthering its strategy of uniting top-performing organizations under one connected brand committed to outcomes, transparency, and innovation in the claims process.
