Nestor Sales, LLC the parent company of Ace Tool Co., announced the acquisition of certain assets of NTW, formally Eastern Tool Warehouse “ETW”, a national distributor of specialty tools for the automotive aftermarket and heavy duty truck industries. The acquisition is part of Nestor’s growth strategy and allows its customers to enjoy product availability and timely delivery from 10 strategically located distribution centers across the United States.
