Carousel Capital announced today that Brandon Moores has been named Principal of the firm, effective immediately. He is being promoted from his current role as Vice President. The Partners of the firm congratulate Brandon on this well deserved achievement and recognize his leadership and commitment to the firm’s culture and values, which are essential to our success.
Brandon first worked with the firm as an Associate and Senior Associate from 2016 to 2020 before earning his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He rejoined Carousel as a Vice President in 2021 and has since been an important contributor to the firm’s continued success.
During his initial tenure with Carousel, Brandon provided valuable support to our deal teams and management teams across key value creation initiatives and participated in successful liquidity events for Palmetto Infusion, Alpine Intel (f/k/a Consolidated Claims Group), Express Oil Change / Tire Engineers, and Joe Hudson’s Collision Center.
Since returning to the firm in 2021, Brandon has played an instrumental role in developing several new investments and in ongoing portfolio management efforts with Palmetto Infusion, covR United Roofing, OnSight Industries, McCorquodale Transfer, and O.R. Colan Associates.
Prior to joining Carousel, Brandon worked in Deloitte Corporate Finance’s investment banking division, focusing on corporate M&A. He received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
