Mr. Eassa joined Carousel Capital in 2019. Previously, Mr. Eassa worked at EJF Capital in Arlington, Virginia where he served as Director of the firm’s private equity funds. Prior to that, Mr. Eassa worked at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC as part of the Fund Management group, covering operational matters for several of Carlyle’s real assets funds. Mr. Eassa began his career at Ernst & Young within the Assurance & Advisory practice in the Mid-Atlantic.

Mr. Eassa received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena College and received a Master of Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose. He is also a licensed CPA in Virginia.
