Gray Smith joined Carousel Capital in 2023 as an associate. Previously, Mr. Smith worked at Piper Sandler where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies in the diversified industrials and services sector. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, highest distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
