The acquisition meaningfully strengthens Ethos' national independent medical evaluation capabilities and broadens the scope of medicolegal solutions available to its attorney, law firm, carrier, and TPA clients.
IME, Inc. brings focused expertise in independent medical evaluations and expert testimony coordination, an extensive network of board-certified physicians, and a streamlined, proprietary case-management workflow. These capabilities complement and extend Ethos' existing medical management portfolio, which spans IME, case management, utilization review, peer review, bill review, and Medicare solutions.
